Conditions of Participation
If you speak on behalf of affiliated Association you are exempted from participation fee.
Speakers cover their travel expenses to and from the conference venue and are responsible to pay the conference fee
EARLY Birds till February 25, 2020 - 30 Euros
LATE Birds till March 25, 2020 - 50 Euros
Registration of speakers closes on the 26th of March. (The fee covers all conference materials, access to the sessions, certificate and coffee breaks for 2 days of the conference.)
Every speaker has a chance to publish his/her article in the Conference Brochure (no publication fee). We also accept passive publications (fee 12$/10 Euros)

By submitting the application form you agree that your session(s) will be video recorded and later shared with the conference participants and used to promote META future events.
